Q. What if I was to blame?

A. If you were entirely to blame for the accident, then you would have no claim because your claim depends on someone else being partially or entirely at fault.

If you were only partially to blame, then you may still be able to claim, although part of your damages may be deducted for what is called 'contributory negligence. Please call us to set up a free appointment and find out what you are entitled to.
