A. In all cases of personal injury claims, we offer a free initial interview. We will judge your chances of success and advise you accordingly.
We can offer in certain cases to undertake your claim on a no win no fee basis. In such cases the client should incur no risk with regard to solicitors costs. Now, in 'no win, no fee' cases, if the case is lost, the client incurs no fee, and if the claim is successful the client should receive all the compensation won.
